SHEET/TOWEL POLICY:

WE PROVIDE SHEETS/TOWELS FOR OUR MANAGED CONDO UNITS AS FOLLOWS:

  • EASTWINDS:
    • Jan 1 thru Dec 31: Garnsey Bros Rentals provides sheets/towels.
    • We do not provide daily housekeeping for any unit.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • An initial deposit of 50% of the rent plus a small processing fee is due at booking.
  • All final balances must be prepaid in full 60 days prior to check-in.

 If paying your final balance by credit card:

  • You will be sent a payment request email ~60 days before check-in.
  • We must receive payment 60 days or more before the date of your check-in.

If paying your final balance by Personal check:

  • We must receive payment 60 days or more before the date of your check-in AND
  • Payment must be in US Dollars.

Check In begins at 2:00 PM

  • THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-INs BEFORE 2PM.
  • CHECK-IN IS AT THE GARNSEY BROS. “Lighthouse” RENTAL OFFICE at 510 WEBHANNET DRIVE, WELLS
  • THE GARNSEY OFFICE IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 5 PM.
  • LATE ARRIVALS MUST CALL 24 HOURS AHEAD TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHECK-IN.

Check-out ends at 10 AM

  • ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE GARNSEY BROS. RENTAL OFFICE BY 10 AM
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO LEAVE THE UNIT IN THE SAME CONDITON AS YOU FOUND IT UPON ARRIVAL.
  • We are not responsible for items left behind by tenants at any of the properties
  • Late checkouts are subject to additional fees

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless, and until, the cancelled time is re-rented in full.
  • The Processing Fee is never refundable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation policy does include early departures and any COVID 19 cancellation reason.

Other Information

  • ALL PROPERTIES RENTED THROUGH THIS OFFICE ARE NON-SMOKING/VAPING.
  • OCCUPANCY, at any time, IS LIMTED TO 4 PERSONS WHICH INCLUDES DAY VISITORS
  • TENANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS OF ANY KIND AT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES
  • DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT PROVIDED NO DAMAGE IS REPORTED BY OWNER.
  • NO propane, gas, or other combustible grills are allowed on the property
